To use AirVault, you must authenticate via Google or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and activities.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer our services

6. Refund & Return Policy

• Subscription Plans: All purchases are non-refundable.
• Hardware Products: Refunds may be offered within the return window, which varies by product. Return shipping and condition requirements apply.

7. Warranty & Support

• Hardware products sold by AirVault include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Our team offers best effort support via email.
• We do not guarantee data recovery on lost, damaged, or mishandled hardware.
• Files stored on AirVault Cloud are backed by secure, redundant systems and are guaranteed against loss on our end.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from user mishandling of hardware
• Misuse of AI tools or shared data
• Downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (e.g., cloud providers)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and documentation provided by AirVault is the intellectual property of AirVault & AV Labs Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date and notify you via email or website banner.

Continued use of AirVault after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
